Vive Facial Tracker: What Am I Doing Wrong?

Edit: I actually managed to get it! I think the issue was low lighting.
I spent about 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. This continues happening, and this is the avatar everyone's been using to show off their facial tracking with flawless results. The robot is green on the mouth, meaning it is connected. Things I've tried:
- Restarting tracking software
- Restarting SteamVR
- Restarting the game
Please help. I'm at my wit's end with this.

I would need more information about what kind of setup you have, what USB port you have it plugged into, whether you have a beard or not, your headset, etc.

I actually managed to get it! I think the issue was low lighting.

It shouldn't be, the device has an IR light to illuminate your face, so it should work regardless of light level barring the sun shining brightly on your face.

Not sure then. Maybe it was in a mood haha. Just glad it's working.
