What's the most competitive list I could make out of this?

Overall strategy would be a mid board grabbing death ball. I'd prefer to use guilliman, tiggy and the apothecary to keep my bubble rolling. Other questions I would have:

Based on the limited troops choices, how do I use my assault intercessors best?

Is the repulsor viable as a transport or too big of a points sink?
