Problem with powering B550 Aorus Elite V2
Hello.
Just recently I bought parts for a new computer. But I have a problem - nothing turns on. When I connect the power supply I can see the lights on GPU turn on, and for a brief moment I see that light is coming out of the part with Aorus logo, but it just blinks once. I managed to do Q-Flash Bios updates, and the lights for that seem to be working correctly. When I press the power on button (or when I do bridge on a pins) the vent on the back of base tries to turn for a moment, but that's all. Nothing else happens.
My components:
- Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V2
- Ryzen 5600x
- 4x Corsair Vengeance LPX
- 650W PSU
- GeForce GTX 480
Out of all of those the PSU and GPU are not new.

Most commonly this is a short. PSU tries to power on, detects the overcurrent condition, powers back off.
Check your power lines, so things like fan controllers, etc. Remove all unnecessary hardware, including 2.5/3.5" drives. Check all power connections and cable runs.
I disconnected everything, left only CPU with cooler and RAM in. I left only power supply cable for motherboard and CPU connected. And the light still only blinks.
I did a paperclip test for PSU and it worked.
Is it possible that the motherboard is damaged? Or is it even possible that for some reason this motherboard has issues with this specific PSU?
does that board have status lights so you can see whats failing?
