Problem with powering new PC

Troubleshooting

Hello.

Just recently I bought parts for a new computer. But I have a problem - nothing turns on. When I connect the power supply I can see the lights on GPU turn on, and for a brief moment I see that light is coming out of the part on motherboard with Aorus logo, but it just blinks once. I managed to do Q-Flash Bios updates, and the lights for that seem to be working correctly. When I press the power on button (or when I do bridge on a pins) the vent on the back of base tries to turn for a moment, but that's all. Nothing else happens.

My components:

  • Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V2
  • Ryzen 5600x
  • 4x Corsair Vengeance LPX
  • 650W PSU
  • GeForce GTX 480

Out of all of those the PSU and GPU are not new.

Not a professional advice but try to remove the components and put it back together.

*the new components and the old ones as well

Try resetting the BIOS. Disconnect power, remove the watch battery, hold down the power on button to discharge residual power; reconnect power.

Then try with one memory stick, and try each memory bank with the one stick. If that doesn't work, try the next memory stick. Rinse repeat through all sticks.

Just tried both of those things. Unfortunately, it didn't change anything.
