GME Float DD - What is the Free Float

Hi everyone,

EDIT: I’ve seen a lot of comments mentioning position. If you want me to add it, dm me with proof of position and I’ll update the float later. That way your specific position isn’t public and we can get an ever better sense of the free float

EDIT 2: This is getting bigger then I thought and I’m bombarded with messages. I WILL GET TO EVERY SINGLE MESSAGE REST ASSURED. Honestly starting to believe not sharing positions earlier was shills so we didn’t realize and verify our strength earlier. I will post an update on a new thread with the count tomorrow and hopefully more updates later on as people keep sending in.

I wanted to write this DD on the GME Float + the free float after making a post earlier showing the holdings from the latest proxy document. Hopefully, this should allow for us to discuss what the free float is. According to the latest GME proxy statement, the total float is 70,771,778.

I did not double-count Ryan Cohen or "All Directors and Officers as a group (20 persons)" because they are accounted above and make up a majority of this group.

This leaves a free float of 26,723,495.

Let's subtract DFV because we have to mention that Legend. 26,723,495 - 200,000 = 26,523,495.

Now, what this doesn't include is ETF's, institutions with holdings under 5%, or us apes.

I really want someone to help me figure out the ETF ownership but if this is true, it leaves a free float of 16,923,495. Without accounting for smaller institutional holders because it I can't find up to date and verifiable information for them.

With such a small float and the community we have, I genuinely believe that APES own more then the available free float.
