Support/AD Carry Looking for Competitive Team

Hi all, I've been playing League of Legends for a while now and am looking to get more competitive with my play (I've done plenty of ranked though, don't worry). I'm looking for a team that plays around 7pm-12am PST.

My best and most played roles are support and AD carry. I also jungle from time to time. My in-game name is: Murgal
