I'll bite! Hypothetical question regarding false advertising.

Was wondering about this the other day when I saw a commercial for Wahl hair clippers. So a man is shown getting haircut at home with Wahl clippers. Haircut ends and dude gets up with a good haircut. As in no way it was done with clippers haircut.

Question - So say they really did get the man a $40 haircut from a professional stylist before sitting him down for the fake haircut commercial. Is that illegal?
