Hasn't been a good "what smartphone" question in awhile, so here's mine: What smartphone should I get?

Couldn't find any newer than a month old addressing this question, and since the field has changed...

My father has an iPhone 4S. I'm not super impressed with Siri though, from what little I've used it. It's not bad, it's just still developing technology. Still wouldn't write off a 4S though.

Have heard good things about the Galaxy Nexus that is slated to come out some time this month. Maybe some UK redditors can weigh in on its performance?

Lots of ads for the Motorola Razr on TV, but I've heard it has a short battery life (?)

So, uh. Help?
