Anyone been to St. Lucia/the caribbean as a vegan?

My husband and I are traveling to St. Lucia for our honeymoon in a few weeks and are wondering if any of you have been there and could recommend any restaurants. (We're staying in Castries) Alternatively, if you've been to any caribbean island and have any tips of weird names for foods containing animal products we should know about or other tips that would be appreciated too!
