VBA Marco/Code Help (Finding Duplicates, Arrays, etc.)

So I have an excel spreadsheet that I would need to consolidate.
The first step is I want to find all the duplicates in a column, and find the unique data and place them in a specific array.

Basically I'm trying to consolidate multiple spreadsheets, and they have to qualify multiple conditions, and then average them out.

For an example, I have a list of cars. Then I want to sort it by color first, then find out how many passengers it can fit that has the same color.
