What are your strategies for finding dofollow blogs?

Not saying it is one of the better strategies out there, but I wanted to run some tests and see what the state o this technique is these days.

The first thing I have noticed is that almost no blogs have followed comments anymore. I even found a plug-in that seems to change that with a nice little footprint of "Improve the web with Nofollow Reciprocity.", but even the sites with this text in their footer seemed to not follow it.

Anyone have any other techniques?
