What type of keyboard switch is this?

I dug this keyboard out from the basement. (Excuse how gross the keyboard looks. Haven't had time to clean it up). From what I can find, it's a Funkentstort brand keyboard. I was just wondering what type of switch this is. Is this considered a mechanical switch? Is it worth it to buy an adapter and use this as a keyboard or would I be better off with buying a new cheap $20 keyboard somewhere else? Kind of hoping I found some hidden gem here. I'm not looking to use this as a gaming keyboard, more for everyday browsing/typing.
