Reddit, I need your help. Will putting a PS3 or 360 next to a microwave interfere with anything?

I've googled this already, but most of the results are from Yahoo answers, which I tend to trust minimally at best. Basically I get a ledge that runs along the window where I can set things up, and the most space-efficient setup I have (that doesn't block all light coming in to the room; my roommate's issue, not mine) is putting my 360 and PS3 directly next to the microwave, with the TV on top of it. Is this going to cause any sort of issues with the smooth operation of my consoles or my TV? WILL EVERYTHING EXPLODE LIKE I KEEP IMAGINING?
