I hope you guys can help...

I'm in need of some help.

First off, I do not play B3 myself, but my sister in law went to the US the other day (We all live in Europe) and bought a Ps3 + B3 for her 12yr old son.

They called me up today and told me that they couldn't play online. I work in tech-support for an ISP, so I thought this was a porting issue. I ported the game into the router but it wouldn't go online. The kid then tells me that he hasn't yet managed to get the code you need to play online to be accepted. I try to punch the code in again after I ported the game, but it wasn't accepted.

So, is there an issue with games/consoles bought in the US to be played in Europe?
