Parametric Equations Help Needed

I need to find the exact lengths of :

{x=(t/1+t) , y=ln(1+t)} for 1<t<5

I know the length of a parametric equation is the definite integral of Sqrt((dx/dt)^2 + (dy/dt)^2 ), so for this I can get as far as

Sqrt((t^2 + 2t + 2)/(1 + t)^4 ) , but I cant find any way to get that into an integratable format. Any ideas?
