Trying to find a new SMP server. Someone point me in the right direction!

I'm looking to find another SMP server to play on, since the one I used pre-1.0.0 isn't up right now and may not be for a while.

Boring part:

• 18 years old
• EST time zone
• Looking to make ridiculous cities and develop redstone knowledge

Fun part where I go on about what I want blah blah blah okay here:

• 1.0.0 stable release Minecraft.
• PvE. I'm not interested in creative or PvP at all. Arenas or certain areas are okay, as long as there's no chance for me to be randomly killed by another player.
• Hopefully a solid amount of players; I guess a cap of 25? I prefer a tight-knit group of 15 common players to 125 that I don't speak to at all.
• I like communicating while I build. Teamspeak or mumble or vent isn't necessary, and I probably won't be using it even if it is there.
• Stable host with good uptime. My sleep schedule is erratic (and it will only get worse when winter break starts, heh) and I like playing at all hours of the night.
• Bukkit. Obviously this isn't a possibility right now, as Bukkit hasn't been updated yet, but when it is released for 1.0.0 there are some mods (specifically, being able to privatize chests/doors/etc with signs, and Tombstone, which leaves your items in a chest after you die)
