Opinions on ultimate shelters

I notice a lot of times people will have ultimate shelters posted that seem to have one way in/one way out. I don't know if I would have that as my ultimate shelter. On the one hand there's only one way in... on the other, there's only one way out!

I like the shelter choice in the original Day of the Dead. One way in - TWO ways out. Thoughts?
