TwitchTV and Nikon Commercial

Why is it when this nikon commercial plays it just doesnt go away until I manually click the little X. I mean I don't even so much mind the loud commercials but this is a whole new type of annoying =(. If its me how do I fix it. If it's twitch then please twitchtv fix it!
