I'm a student who's working on a development project for one of my classes and my teammate and I are interested in looking into the cost of LEED certification for our property. We've been able to find plenty of literature on the process of obtaining LEED certification but haven't been able to find any estimates on the total cost. Some info on the building: 156,613 SF Class A Office built in 1967 128,302 SF RBA Greater Philadelphia Area (Bala Cynwyd/Narbeth Area north of the city) Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers! TL;DR Approximately how much does it cost to renovate a 128,302 SF office building to obtain LEED certification for commercial interiors?
