Site similar to Bravissimo/Pepperberry but based in or has warehouses in USA?

I am shaped like the girls on said UK-website, and I continue to lose weight around my waist, but none from up top. I'm also terrified to order something from overseas, have it not fit, and then have to deal with returning it overseas.

Right now I shop at stores like Lane Bryant for bras, but the problem is that since my top is so much larger (in proportion to the rest of my body) most of their clothes are too big. I know I can tailor things, but wondering if there's a better way.
