Need help with static route on packet tracer.

I can't for the life of me figure out why I can't get this working. The 2 routers aren't communicating with eachother when I try to ping from PC1 -> PC2 for example. Here's a picture of how my network is setup http://i.imgur.com/QUQoh.jpg This is my ip route on router0:
