Hey Guys, building a Gaming Rig for under $900, and I need some guidance

Hey guys so I'm about to buy the parts to build my first computer. I have $900 to spend on it, and I wanted all of your opinions on my build choices. I want this computer to be: -obviously under $900 -reasonable at handling modern games at pretty high quality -cheapest parts vs best performance available -one I wouldn't NEED to upgrade for a few years, but when I do it's easy to upgrade incrementally one part at a time.
