Safari 5.1.2 strange behavior

Anyone else having screen refresh issues after the Safari 5.1.2 update?

My browser window/tab stops responding even though you type or attempt to scroll and it does not respond... Until you take focus away from the window/tab and come back to it.

It's happening quite often and I'm forced to close the tab and reopen it.. . Only to have it happen again later.
