I took an arrow to the knee too, but c'mon.

I'm only bringing this up because this joke has been used, abused, killed, buried, resurrected, raped, killed again, and cut into tiny pieces (I'm not projecting, I swear) in a matter of just a couple of weeks. Here's what led me to this realization, a video on youtube about Skyrim. Sure enough, the top comment is about taking an arrow to the knee.

Now I've followed Happy Harry since I discovered him on Newgrounds years ago, but I decided I needed a refresher on some of his greater flash videos. I proceeded to watch about 8 of them last night and one of the top comments on all of these videos, which had absolutely nothing to do with Skyrim, used the arrow in the knee joke. Really?! I mean, it's a good joke. I like it. And for that matter it fits in great in a lot of scenarios. And I don't even know if it's coming from Redditors, 4chan fags, or Youtube noobs for that matter. But let's dial it down a bit. How 'bout it guys? Can we try something else or at least not spread the "arrow in the knee" virus to places it doesn't belong.

tl;dr We're starting to sound like retarded parrots, "SQUAWK!!! ARROW IN THE KNEE!!!
