I want to digitise my sketches. What do you use to digitise yours?

what do you use to digitise your sketches? Do you use a Scanner? Which one? a good camera?

i want to digitise my sketches and currently just holding a (shitty) 3.2MP mobile phone camera; i would like to hear some suggestions
