What's the most disgusting picture/video/article you've ever seen? (NSFL)

My first year college roommate was one of those people that have a fetish for those type of things, he suggested a whole bunch disgusting horror movies for me to watch, ie: "Cannibal Holocaust, Mermaid in The Manhole .... etc" I watched them all, they were disgusting and gross, but i had no problem watching till the end. And then one day he linked me a video, where some guy was dissecting his own penis(the guy first nailed his own dick onto a wood stool, then started cutting it open into pieces, you can see the guy was in pain and also enjoying it at the same time), and that was probably the most disgusting video I've ever seen in my entire life, I just started feeling nauseous and shaking as I watched it, of course I quickly turned it off.

So what's worst you've seen?
