Please help musically talented folks

I used to play a little piano back when I was little, have since given it up, but I still know the basics. Now I am into Soulive and have seen them a bunch of times in Philly and NYC. My favorite song is Turn it Out. I would like to learn how to play the main part of the song but can't play music by ear.

Can someone help me decipher the notes of this clip to about 1m7s?

I would be incredibly grateful.
