How long before we speak redditese IRL?

The top comments are now just a bunch of words from memes mixed with puns and past reddit posts.

I will not be the least bit surprised when I'm out in public and hear a conversation that is in no way English but makes perfect sense to me and anyone else on reddit for more than a week.
