Spring enrollment help

I'm a Freshman Sec. Education Major. I enroll on Monday, but I'm looking at classes now. I've looked at most of the comments thus far, but only a few are in areas I plan on taking. I am enrolling in a Eng 1213, Psych 1113, an 'N' Science(Biol 1114, bot 1404, geog 1114, geol 1114), Hist(1103,1483,1493), and soc 1113.

If you have taken these classes, or had professors who may teach these, who did you have and would you recommend them?
