Honestly how unhealthy is smoking?

I'm a young smoker 22, i smoke about 10-20 in a week at work on cig breaks and sometimes when i'm out with friends, outside of smoking im a pretty healthy person in good shape, exercising a lot and drinking lots of water and addictively eating fruit low drug/alcohol consumption otherwise. I sing as well so i try and minimise it in order to reduce the risk to my voice which i love using. I know smoking etc but i find myself habitually justifying myself with "i dont smoke that much" and "im in good shape otherwise" etc i.e classic "it can't happen to me behaviour.

I'm really looking for some proper studies on how unhealthy smoking to encourage me to quit with rational studies. The usual things of "it gives you cancer" dont tend to wash with me too well because i'm aware it increases your risk of cancer. Ideally some proper sobering reading without emotional appeals (e.g Everyone who smokes gets cancer etc). Ideally balanced with "the main risk increase is with chain smokers" or similar.
