Thorn in my toe? What do I do?

It feels like there's a thorn in my toe. When I walk sometimes I get this very sharp sharp pain in the joint in my toe. At first I thought it was a thorn in my shoe but then it happened a couple of days later when I was wearing socks. I looked and I can't see anything odd down there. I asked my wife to look since I have bad vision. She couldn't see anything so I took a high res image and zoomed around (ENHANCE!) but I don't see anything. I live in America so seeing a doctor is out of the question. (Long waits and $100+ dollars to tell me "I don't know go see this other doctor").

Reddit it's a minor problem but I don't want to deal with it for teh rest of my life.
