A call for help: I'd love to stream the matches, but I'm rather new to this

For starters, I use linux (kubuntu to be precise). I've gotten streaming working through vlc+jtvlc on twitch.tv. The video output on vlc looks fine, but the results are:

http://www.twitch.tv/aperson/b/301449526

The game plays fine. Is this on my end or twitch.tv's? I'm just using:

vlc screen:// -vvv input_stream --sout='#duplicate{dst=display, dst="transcode{venc=x264{keyint=60,idrint=2},vcodec=h264,vb=300,acodec=mp4a,ab=32,channels=2,samplerate=22050}:rtp{dst=127.0.0.1,port=1234,sdp=file:///home/zach/vlc.sdp}"}'

Any advice would be appreciated.
