Recommend a realistic college in San Fran bay area to complete an undergraduate in comp sci

I'm moving from a rural east coast location to San Fran bay area and want to finish this comp sci degree I've been working on here at a public state university for 4 semesters. I'm not an elite student, so Berkley and Stanford are fantasy for me. My gpa is around 3.0. I plan to become a resident first to get resident tuition rates, this will require that I take a year off from college.

I'm looking for an equivalent college to what I'm in now, nothing name brand, just a public state university. California state university - east bay has come up in several personal discussions. Definitely not looking at a for profit/online institution.
