I committed Theft at my workplace under 10 dollars over a month span and after being confronted, I paid them back on the spot. What Next?

They said I could pay them back or else they would take legal action. I did without a question asked. They said there going to be sending me something in the mail...is that a ticket for theft? I have no previous convictions. am I fucked?
