Looking for Private Security Firm

So I've been looking for work as a tactical medic with a private firm. I have no military background and will have an EMT-I and a TCCC cert coming up in the very near future. I'm already a basic but don't have much experience there either. The thing is, I've heard that many firms will take candidates with little experience and medical certifications over ones with extensive military and no cert. I learn very quickly and tend to be very cut out for learning things like tactics and casualty care in a high stress environment. Does anyone know if I have any chance at getting on with anyone like Dyncorp, MVM, Triple Canopy etc etc? Id be thankful for any tips or connections if someone knows a recruiter I mighty be able to speak with.
