Organizing Music to Manage Artists and Albums

I got a bit of a problem that maybe a specific music player addresses. I listen to electronic music for the majority (trance specifically) and follow the weekly radio shows (A State Of Trance, Trance Around the World, Global DJ Broadcast etc.) and put those shows split into individual mp3s into folders with the episode number. Alongside that is all the other stuff I listen to (standard artist albums) of all kinds of genres.

The problem comes when viewing all my music on a per artist basis. Because of the nature of trance music, a lot of artists work with other artists for single tracks and you end up with things like "Blah Blah Blah ft. Yadda Yadda Yadda" for a single track. Just youtube search "armin van buuren ft" and you can see how bad this gets quick and this is only one artist.

This makes it impossible to load up my music by artist and scroll down looking for Daft Punk, let alone something further down the alphabet.

Anyone have any suggestions with a special mp3 tag that an app utilizes to organize things. Or perhaps groups by artist but only for the first 10 characters to avoid all of these collaborations messing everything up? Thanks in advance.
