Need scientific or medical proof that cannabis is harmless or helpful

so this is my first post on trees and my mom just found my stash. She thinks its the worst drug there is and tries to tell me that its harmful and kills millions a year. Of course i know this is not true so does anyone have a link for scientific or medical proof that cannabis is in no way shape or form harmful and or actually helpful and it needs to be legit.
