How would a 5-star restaurant work under Communism?

So I was just thinking, let's say in a classless land with no currency, there exists a 5-star restaurant.

How do people get in? I was thinking that everyone gets a chance to get in! So it becomes first-come-first-serve.

But then you end up with the entire country in queue for the restaurant.

I suppose there's nothing wrong with that. But what if the dude in charge of monitoring the queue is himself in queue for a fancy car? And what if the dude in charge of the fancy car queue wants to eat the 5-star restaurant sometime within the next decade. And what if they collude to mess with their respective queues?

The restaurant dude gets a fancy car, and the car dude gets to eat at the restaurant. Some poor fellows are called and said some technical difficulties occurred and they're being moved to the end of the queue.

How would you prevent something like that?
