What TF2 is now...

This is a long post, and I'm not sure if it fits here, but here goes:

Back when TF2 went Free-To-Play, I got the game due to the nagging of my best friend. So I entered, joined my friend's server, and was amazed. There weren't many jerks at all, and before, being a RPG freak that never played an FPS with lots of people in it, thought all FPS players were total jerks (I know, stupid stereotype). But it was amazing, everyone was nice, offered hints when I died, and what I could do to improve, advice on weapons, free weapons, and explained trading to me. I wasn't quite good at the gameplay yet though, so I seldom played though. But I'll never forget the kindness of the community. At the end of the summer, my friend's enthusiasm over the Deus Ex preorder bonuses spread to me, and because he got me the original deus ex for my birthday, I was a lot better at FPS's, and started playing TF2 a lot more, and loved the community even more. I ended up liking it enough, in the middle of september, that I took the leap to become a premium player, and got myself the spy bundle, and a cloak and dagger+ a key. After the halloween update, however, because all the ValvE servers seemed to dissapear for CTF, I ended up being forced to play on LotusClan, and Skial if I was desperate for 2Fort and DoubleCross action. By then, I was getting rather good, and even had a hat or 2, plus strange items. However, I noticed more douchey/idiot/jerk players, and noticed my beloved TF2 starting to fade away, ever so slowly, day by day... So today, I went onto a LotusClan server (New Jersey #2), with a good friend, and we all had fun, until this guy with more points than us (we had just joined) started insulting the whole team. Now, I don't care that much about myself, but I really don't like bullies, and the way I see it, he was bullying the whole team. So I ended up going against him, saying that he wasn't doing everything, and not to insult everyone. And so, he called me a "dirt sucking noob faggot" and ended up insulting me for a whole round, until we got AB'd and were on different teams. By then, I was irritated, and he ended up wanting to waste a duel minigame on me, which he won, simply because I was trying to play for the team (sniper to take out battlements sentry, Demo to take down stairs sentry, etc.). Now, this doesn't upset me too much, but his continual insults towards his teamates, and our team, and myself, irritated me beyond belief, and he ended up saying that playing for your team doesn't matter, only points, something that upsets me greatly. It's a team based game, and I remember the warm embrace TF2 had before. I'd hate to see a newbie get this game, and be dissapointed out of playing it, all because of him. So, reddit, if you are still reading, I would like a huge favor: the last duel this guy had was with me, and so, his duel badge should have my name on it, ElfieStar. So if you could find him, I would be very grateful, as I forgot to report him, as I just left the server. Please, help me preserve the sanctity of TF2 the best I can, and please, if you see something like this going on, report them, as I want as many people as possible to enjoy this wonderful game. I have no proof, which I am extremely sorry about, but it would be extremely nice if you could help me narrow the possibilities.

I ask nothing from you reddit, but his profile, as I desperatly want more TF2 players to see how great this game is. I have already had one friend quit simply because they got flamed off the server by people saying how could they die of damage on 2fort.
