Just rescued a kitten from a truck's engine block. Little help?

Just pulled her(?) from out of a Ford F150 engine block!

I already own a cat (keeping them quarantined), so I've already got the new little one settled with food, water, litter, etc. She(?) will be going to the vet first thing tomorrow for check up. My problem is that the little one is kinda greasy from being in the engine. Any good tips on how to get her clean?
