Does everyone Know about SendWrite.com?

I've seen where different groups have set up accounts to make sure people can write letters for free, to a Representative, because physical mail is a whole lot more memorable to a rep than a bunch of emails he can instantly delete or have a bot answer. My question is, why isn't there more of this? More people sending physical mail to there reps and the white house? I know that Sendwrite uses paypal, and paypal is evil, but I haven't found anything like it otherwise. I think it would do some good to Occupy the Reps Mailboxes!
