I just wanted to say that the ticket reps for Nashville are a bunch of douchebags.

A few days ago I reserved 20 tickets and instead of charging me the 20% deposit of $260 they charged me $1,300. WTF. My ticket guy's line went to voicemail so I called general ticket line today at 5:30 pm and was on hold for 23 minutes then dumped into my ticket guy's voicemail again. I called back at 5:54 and it went to general voicemail, I am assuming they closed shop early on me.
