Any Interest in Circle Lenses?

For the few months I've been subscribed to Makeup Addiction, I haven't seen much discussion on contacts and how they can really spruce up a look.

I know that I have issues wearing my glasses if I wear mascara or if I curl my lashes. They rub up against my glasses! So if I wear make up I normally wear contacts instead.

Being into the Sweet Lolita fashion and into cosplay, getting that doll or "anime" eye look can sometimes be hard with makeup alone.

Enter circle contact lenses, contact lenses that enhance the wearer's iris and makes it appear larger.

I have a pair that I bought from Pinky Paradise, a website pretty well known in the Gothic Lolita and cosplay circles.

I purchased the Barbie King Size in Brown.

I absolutely love these lenses! They match well with my natural color and give a very nice, large "anime" eye look. They're extremely comfortable, to the point I wear them instead of my normal contact lenses that I got from 1-800-contacts. When I take the time to wear contacts, anyways.

Pinky Paradise does have prescription lenses, but they do not verify prescription with your doctor since they are based out of Korea. I strongly recommend discussing things with your eye doctor before you purchase these. I suspect that anyone with abnormal eyes that need special lenses probably won't be able to wear these because they are basic as far as that goes.

Here I am with the lenses in both eyes, my eyes at their normal "resting" position.

Here, I'm lifting my eyebrows so you can get a better view of the entire lens.

Here is a view of my right normal eye / iris without the lens and then my left eye with the lens in. You can definitely see how much larger they make your iris.
