compact synth suggestions?

Hi Everyone. I'm looking for a small synth that might bring something different to the table than the software I'm using (mostly NI and live). I would like to budget about $200.

I was looking at the meeblip, but it sounds like it has a nasty click on the attack in the demos I've seen. The monotribe also looks fun.

Interested to see what you suggest.
