[Request] I have $3.48 to my name (that I can't get) until December 14th. OTTAWA, ONTARIO.

Hey everyone, I was referred here from rainnthunder.

I'm a student in Journalism and I'm going through a bit of a rough patch. I was supposed to receive about 1500$ from my Education Assistance Plan last week after I had went to my registrars office to fax the form to confirm my account the month earlier.

So, a couple days after that, I called the company to get a possible date that I would get the money but they had no record of any received faxes. So, alas, I had to do it again and wait another 3 weeks for it. One week in, I am completely out of money.

I had a job throughout the summer saving up money to live off of so I could focus on school, but after paying tuition and being told by the profs of all the expenses that weren't listed on the course description(Digital SLR camera, tonnes of books, money for field trips, tape recorder, Adobe Master Collection,) I was left with very little left over even with OSAP.

I have been avidly looking for a job since then, but it's getting really hard in ottawa, especially with the Holidays around the corner.

Here's a picture of the date, my reddit and my account balance if you guys think I'm fooling: http://i.imgur.com/56Xf1.jpg

Whatever I am given, be it money, giftcard, food sent to me, I will gladly pay you back once I get this money. Thank you everyone.
