New Raid Team Looking For More!!

Let's put together a new 10 man raid team: RAID OF DISAPPROVAL. Approach will be mostly casual and laid back, but with a dash of not-dicking-around. The goal is that everyone functions well as a team, has fun, and can take and give advice equally well.

About me: I did most of my raiding in WotLK, pushing hardmodes in t10. Kept pace in t11 til my guild fell apart., and Full Disclosure: I basically skipped FL. I've done light raid leading in the past, and this time, I'm hoping to share RL responsibilities with another brave soul, if not just outright collaborate with everyone on the team.

The Sitch: This will be a Tues/Thurs raid, pulling at 8pm server, running until 11pm. We can also do an optional 3rd night if needed in a given week. Loot rules are simple: MS > OS, Mains > Alts, no restrictions on # of wins. Be fair with each other though, and don't nerf the team. If you've been making it rain 100's all night, and it's a weak upgrade for you, but a very strong one for someone else, do the right thing. If there are loot disputes that can't be resolved between two people, I will have them re-roll. This should be rare though, with all our awesomeness. :]

If we start with 10, great. If we have less than that, we can pug, or head into LFR if people want.

Here's what we have/need:

Post & link your character below, and any relevant experience & details about yourself. No previous raiding experience required, but you'll want to know your class, not stand in fire, listen, and maybe have a beer or two. Having a decently geared character is preferred - pound a few heroics to gear up if you need to (I'll tank on my alts for whoever needs).

Hopefully we can start next Tuesday (12/6). Come 'n get it.

EDIT: Since it'll probably be easier to find a dps, I will be tanking. Tragic, you can dps now if you want.
