Where the hell do you find Deep Corruption?

Me and my friend have been searching a new world for around 2 hours now, we checked every corruption biome and went through the whole dungeon. In one corruption biome we heard the music for the biome, from the trailer, but there didn't seem to be anything around. :( All the new content is there, and we can't find it.
