Issues with UPS

Hey, how's it going r/Hookah? Maybe you can help me make sense of this. I ordered rather large order from Hookah Company, I actually ordered my Hookah from them in the past, for some reason my package was never delivered despite UPS saying that they dropped it off on my porch. Funny thing is I was outside smoking for the duration of the delivery time. Went driving around for a couple of hours asking random people if they had received my package. No dice. Odd thing is that UPS says my package has a weight of 1lbs, when it should probably be around 3. How would you guys go about getting this corrected? I contacted UPS and they pretty much told me to screw off and to contact the merchant. I'm pretty sure that Hookah Company is in no way at fault. Is there anything I can do to get UPS to pay out?
