Need to find the right journal to submit to...

I wrote a paper for my writing credit(I didn't do law review) and the teacher in my class told me that it was very good and I should submit it for publication. She recommended that I submit it to a health or women's secondary journal since I wrote about the Affordable Care Act's mandate for insurance coverage of birth control. However, she did not actually specify any journals and I have had a hard time getting a hold of her because the class already ended and she is not a full time professor. Does anyone know where I can find a thorough list of secondary journals that cover this topic?
