Fulfilled prophecies?

Hello reddit! This is my first post so hopefully I don't botch it. Anyway, I'm an atheist in desperate need of help with debating my religious father. We have a very volatile relationship, due in no small part to our ideological differences, so he brings the topic up all the time. I'm usually able to reason away most of his silly reasons to believe in god, however he always brings up all the "fulfilled prophecies" in the Bible. The number of these supposed prophecies is either around 30 or around 100, I can't recall at the moment, and his line of reasoning is that if even just half of these were fulfilled then the probability of Christianity being valid is very high. This seems logical enough to me, and unfortunately while I'm very well-versed in the beliefs of Christianity, I don't know much scripture so I simply can't offer a sound argument against this. Do you guys know what he's referring to/ how to refute it? He seems to rely very heavily on this idea, so if I can show him it's false it might really help me deal with him. I would really appreciate any help you can offer! :)
